The "funny" thing is that there seems to be contradictions between the article and the addendum.
In the article it is said :
"Son contenu est tout à fait inapproprié, peu importe l’âge"
Which can be translated to
"Its content is totally inappropriate regardless of age"
or
"Je veux demander au gouvernement de légiférer ce qui rentre au Québec. Est-ce qu’on peut émettre des recommandations? Est-ce qu’on doit exiger une façon pour démontrer qu’on a 18 ans? Est-ce qu’on peut dire on ne veut pas de ce jeu-là?"
"I want to ask the government to regulate what enter in Quebec. Can we specify recommendations ? Can we require a way to prove we are 18 years old ? Can we say that we don't want this game?"
But in the addendum it is said says :
"À la suite de notre reportage, la directrice générale du Centre Cyber-Aide, Cathy Tétreault, a précisé qu'elle n'a pas exigé, demandé ou appelé à interdire le jeu Cyberpunk2077."
"Following our article the director of the Cyber help center, Cathy Tétreault has precised that she didn't require, ask or call for the game Cyberpunk 2077 to be banned"
That's the usual double language that is often used and was used even in Switzerland a couple of years ago when they wanted to ban all 16+ games, "We never wanted to ban anything we just want to "raise attention" but if, by accident of course, we managed to pass a law totally forbidding it we won't complain either"
