These two games are definitely a must-have – check them out!

VIDEOVERSE
Relive the days of the early internet and dive into this fictional video game era, where the 'Kinmoku Shark’ gaming system and its online social network 'Videoverse' were still popular. You can now get it with a -20% launch discount until March 8th, 2 PM UTC, alongside its Soundtrack!

One Night Stand
Explore the unknown bedroom and seek out clues to identify who the stranger is and what happened to bring you both together. You may resort to some unusual methods to find the answers you’re looking for, but take care not to prod and pry too much – a nosy guest quickly becomes an unwanted one. You can now get it with a -20% launch discount until March 8th, 2 PM UTC.

Now on GOG!
Question for the ONS, do you like it here on the GOG forums?

Haven't a clue what you're referring to but I find the forums amusing and aggravating in equal measure. A game revolving around a casual sex encounter? If the usual suspects emerge with the usual criticism then there's a chance I might like this and might give it a whirl...just because they don't like it. But they haven't said they don't like it yet so I'm waiting to see if they do or don't. You know who you all are :-)

In the game you wake up with no memory of the night, and have to carefully question your date and look for clues to figure out what happened without upsetting her (or I assume cause other events).

Depending on how its done, its an interesting idea for a game.

And yes, I know what you mean about the usual suspects

Lol!

So... miss me much?

Yeah, these two should not be at the front page, I do worry about the kids getting in contact with it so I'd like to be able to filter them out, especially in my family account.

I'm a confessed offender, what do you mean by "suspects"?

If asking for filters and parental control is a crime, I'm guilty as charged!

Note to those that haven't seen my complains on the forum yet: I never asked for a game to be removed from the site, I keep asking for parental control and filters because it's a shame we can't block this kind of content without having to recur to outside control (which honestly causes the whole site to malfunction and is a pain to configure, so I keep having to promote Steam to family and friends instead of this project I fell in love with [that is, GoG] years ago).

You're not one of those that spring to mind.

To be honest, being able to filter NSFW games should be there as an option. And by NSFW I mean actual pornographic content. Which I don't think either of these games have.

I don't think you should be able to filter the main page on other tags though.

You know what, I think you're right!

Although here on GoG the "Sexual Content" tag is there, I just took a look at the "One Night Stand" on the Steam page and the classification of the game here in Brazil is 14 years old because the game contains some veiled nudity (silhouetes).

I stand corrected then! It looks like something I myself could enjoy.

You win this one. But I'll be back!

Obs.: I still ask for the introduction of family accounts and the ability to filter games with those tags.
GoG, I know you can, make it happen!

I see this so often when media in any way controversial are concerned, and it never ceases to be fascinating to me. I will just never understand people who would spend time and money on something because some random strangers say they don't like it. It's just sheer insanity.

I mean, I can't stand it when people blame violence on video games, but it never occured to me to buy and play the new GTA because those people dislike it. "Well, I wasted money and I'm having a terrible time, but at least if Random McFartface knew what I'm doing right now, he'd disapprove! A WINNER IS ME"

I don't actually buy something "Only" because someone else doesn't like it, but more often than not I find that if "Certain" people dislike something then there is a greater chance I "Will" like it.
But saying that I do is a bit of a pointy stick I can use to poke these uptight people with, in a gentle amused way :-) If they insist on telling me they don't like something, In No Uncertain Terms!, then I will derive a tiny pleasure by respondin in kind. I'm a contributor to the nett chaos on the internet!
Oh, this is a game I have in one of those lovely bundles for those various causes.
The video of Videoverse says "For PC, Mac, and Linux"
Linux where? :(

Both the titles look interesting, especially Videoverse.

Wishlisted for now.

Can anyone point me towards any other game with a similar 80s/90s nostalgia flavoured vibe. Digital; A Love Story comes to my mind.
