Hmmm, sure they're being ignorant, but the idea itself is actually pretty smart. Using game cheat codes as a way to transmit coded messages about guns, or weather, etc. Not exactly unbreakable, but gets the job done.

Any world government is ready to bend over with legs apart to take whatever DRM wants...... So you could make a game with DRM for secret communication and no one will touch it because DRM is God.....
