I would be VERY careful about uploading that page. Namely if you have gift codes that aren't redeemed it's just a matter of typing them out. As an example here's unredeemed codes (not that all of them work...)

Matthias from GOG Support contacted me again. My issue was resolved and I have the game in my library. There was a system error from their side, so the payment status wasn't updated correctly.
All is good and now I can enjoy me some Stellaris.
