Can we expect to see such characters for instance as at least Filippa Eilhart / Prządka / Yanina(Elżbieta Jędrzejewska)and Abbé Faria / Nidas / Matthias Fish Lung / Eirik / Lichwiarz / Krasnolud w chacie / Stary Skeligijczyk / Rybak(Tomasz Marzecki)?
characters created by cdproject that are not in the books may appear in the game. Characters like Gerald or Triss Merigold or Yennefer have low to zero chances to appear in the game. my personal opinion
It appears TW4 is set in Kovir.
In TW3 Triss goes to Kovir to become and advisor to it's ruler.
In Kaer Morhen Geralt, Eskel and Lambert mention Kovir as a place to make good money on witcher contracts.
There's definitely a chance we might see some familiar character. On the other hand, it might be nothing more than them being mentioned in TW4 books and chats.

Geralt is already confirmed as an NPC in the game. So.. there goes that.

The Professor (who was full of shit) will likely maybe not return.
Iorveth coming back would be nice.
Perhaps it might sound off-topic and out of context, but something smells metaphorically fishy around here especially digital list of roles of for instance both Elżbieta Jęrzejewska and Kath Soucie. In one case how could she voice secretary in Flinstones(even if it would be related to such YouTube Channel Siivagunner using usually Flinstones Soundfonts almost everywhere)every TV Cartoon in 1977 when miss Elżbieta Jędrzejewska when she was 5 years old in 1977 as for Kath Soucie she couldn't be 14 years old while portraying role of Rebecca in Incredible Journey of Meg Laurel movie. I guess that Film Industries similar to Hollywood locally or internationally even miscalculated that. For instance both of such ladies mentioned by me are extremely talented elderly women.
