Though we laughed, Mister Magoo was actually a cautionary tale about the few remaining years of one's life.

Starkrun: Bojack Horseman if you can find it.... funniest damn cartoon I've seen in a long time.
Equally sad though.
I watched once some fis for family or what was it.. Some episodes, It was decent but it is basically pretty same as many others, that family thing. Well they do even say it in that name but still..

Oh, Gravity Falls is absolutely superb. Not justas a funny cartoon, it's a great series overall.

I didn't mention it or any of the others you listed, because I assumed this is only about entirely adult-themed stuff. If we're going about great cartoons in general, I'd also recommend Kim Possible. As far as superhero/secret agents parodies go, it's one of the very best, in fact I like it more than even The Tick.

Also, I would be remiss not to mention Sam & Max: Freelance Police. When you absolutely, positively need a mindfuck.

Mr.Caine: Equally sad though.
Yeah they did a great job with the characture, made him into an everyman and very relatable... Funny but has a "to close to home" feel if your close to that situation.

tinyE: There are very few cartoons out there that don't have at least some content geared for adults. Oh it may not always be "adult subject matter" but there are always jokes and references that no kid would ever pick up on. That's why my favorites were always Loony Toons. Sure, Bugs never went around saying "What the fuck Doc?" but he made A LOT of comments meant just for adults.
If we're talking classic cartoons along those lines, Tex Avery is the absolute master.
moonbeam looks like fun
