After the new layout by GoG a few days back, I can't see one of the numbers on the top right next to your name, telling you that you have "x amount" of updated games.

The only way to tell (as far as I can tell right now), is to hover over your account name at the top and click Games.

I know it is no big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I think it took a positive thing away; i.e., being able to see if any of your games have been updated at a glance!

Maybe there is another way that I am not seeing?

The notification of GOG was broken since loooooooong time ago, and have never been fixed.

However, reload https://www.gog.com/account still could show updates.

I understand the OP regarding notifications, and agree it is helpful to have them on an easy to find display.

However my question relating to this is how can I find out which version I have downloaded / installed on my pc? I know, for example, that IL-2 Stormovik has the following available:
GoG - 14 Patch 4.13.2
GoG 15 (current installer) 4.13.3
GoG 16 Patch 4.13.3

Where in the files I have downladed / installed (I still have the raw installers to hand) can I find which of these versions I currently have?

I know it is my fault for not regularly keeping all my games patched, but it would be nice to know which ones actually need updating, and which ones I have the latest versions of.

I thought "Beetlejuice" was overrated and boring. One or two great lines and some great effects, not nearly enough to carry a whole movie.

I just meant that if you were depending on the notification system before the site update, you were missing most of the game updates still.
