Hello,

I was hoping to purchase a game as a gift for a friend. I can not get it to accept my paypal or visa. I understand you need to make a purchase over $10 before it will start letting you gift a game but it will not let me use my paypal either. I sent a ticket. Any help works.

If trying it on Galaxy, did you try the browser version of the site?

Also I think you can only gift so many games a day of the same game....did you already buy/gift a copy of the same game today?

If none of that applies or works, you can wait for the support to get back to you or buy them something else and see if that works(if you don't want to wait until after the sale ends).
