The most likely cause of this in my experience is invalid or mismatched tags - like having a "quote" tag without a corresponding "/quote" (these need to be in square brackets - not included here to avoid confusing the forum software). Hyperlinks can be particularly troublesome as this forum can no longer handle more than one such link per line (it will munge things up if you try, and that can cause tag mismatches).

Essentially this forum's software is buggy and long overdue for an overhaul - which will probably happen just after the release of Galaxy 10.0...

Nope, just plain text and a period. Still unable to post in that thread this morning. I think GOG invited more traffic than they can handle.

Using the search function I found that one of my attempts did eventually show up. If you're worried about yours, try searching for the exact diction you used and see if it comes up in the thread!
