Following Christmas was the Winter Sale, during this sale I attempted to purchase two games.
After 4 attempts to purchase with one card, I switched to a secondary. After 4 more attempts with the second card, my issue still persists.
Contacted the bank, told them to give the all-clear for purchases through GOG.com, and nothing changed.
I contacted support 3 days ago. Nothing more than automated responses.
"Our Support team is overwhelmed."
The sale has since ended and the price of the items in my cart has risen [from sale price to normal price] by at least 200%. This was my first experience with GOG.
I do not believe I will be returning.
From what I understand, the galaxy client causes a lot of problems.
