I'm writting here from another account (really really old one that I have found in order to post here the message), I have created a new account yesterday (because I have never really used GOG) and bought CyberPunk 2077 there. Then, I have almost downloaded the game (even though the connection was interrupted twice at least). Then I thought that it would be fixed if I restart my PC. I did, and then, after trying to login, GOG says: user not found. It's definitely the right email cause I literally got the confirmation yesterday that my password was changed and so on. But now it says: user not found. Even though, yesterday, I have almost "installed" the game.

I have created a ticket, but there is still no reply. Can anyone help me? People write on Reddit that one should wait months till one get a reply, it's, to be honest, unacceptable for me because all I want is to play the game I have bought...

Any chance you have another email address forwarding messages to the email you used to read the confirmation message?

Also, you have likely received a "Welcome" message from GOG in your email when your new account was created. Look for this message as it lists the email address that you need to use to log in.

You need to wait for the ticket response.

I'd say that you mistyped your email or used @gmail.com instead of @googlemail.com or something like that.


Why would you create a new account for this game in the first place, if you already had a really really old working account?
2022 is not really really old, btw.
