Hi, I'm from italy. I've just create an account and downloaded the gog galaxy software but I can't log in. Username and password are good but no metter how hard I try it doesn't connect...and als it doesn't suggest any solution...

It only says "an error occurred while signin in" and than "if you have trouble to connect, please report it and help us improve the service"....but where should i report it?

I anyone experiencing the same problem?

Thankyou

I have been avoiding Galaxy myself. So i can't really help much.

Doublecheck your username/password are entered correctly

and... ummm.. that the destination IP isn't being blocked by the government?
Thank you rtcvb32.
I can't see why should italy have bloked a site like this...
..about the passwor I tryed to write it wrong and the programe tells me "wrong Password" so I'm sure that i'm writing the passwor correctly but I still can't connect
K, so try your username, although i log in with my email address, so try your email address if you haven't.
I still can't login in the client....
Gog support stopped answer to my help requests...
I still have the same kind of "connection problem", "can't login" , contact support, ecc...
I also have the client intalled in a laptop in my shop and everithing works perfectly there...
With my home desktop pc, which is a Gaming pc, with a fresh copy of Windows 10 intalled a week ago, it doesn't work....
I've done everything the support mail suggested, but still nothing...
Steam works perfectly fine though...

Do you have firewall? Try to disable windows defender and all of that kind of software.
If it doesn't work, uninstall gog galaxy and make sure this time you are run setup with administration rights.
Thanks for the answers.
fr33kSh0w2012 actually I downloaded the client on the laptop in my workshop after having trouble with the gaming pc at home...and while i'm trying anything at home, the shop pc is always off. At home the client doesn't give my error message such as"you are already connected whit another device" it simply says "an error has occured, can't log in"

topolla i've already created exeption for GOG on windows firewal and avast, and anyway I have the same firewall/antivirus on my laptop where everything works fine and I didn't need to do absolutely nothing to use the client.

I already tryed a clean installation, I also did a CMD “netsh winsock reset” as suggested by the support...it worked once just the time to download one game and then everythig stop working agian...

Doesn't make any sense to me...
If all else fails, note that Galaxy is optional. You do not need it to download or install games. Without it you might be missing features in some titles such as achievements and multiplayer, but single-player will not otherwise be affected by the lack of Galaxy.
To log in into gog galaxy you need email & password, not your username.
Yep, you need an EMAIL not USERNAME. Hopefully that sorts it. :)

Perhaps, if you tried to login through your laptop using your home internet connection we could rule out a network problem.
Yes take your laptop home and try and login at home, then if it stuffs up again you'll have to ring your ISP or if it works I'd say your PC's router is the problem
