I bought Resonance and it won't run. I've tried several times t o submit a report, but the page always says that a field can't be blank, but won't let me complete the form.
What a rip off!!!
Ah, sounds like an issue with Layer 8 of your hardware stack.

Just what seems to be the issue when it won't run? Is there an error? What OS are you trying to do it with? Does it run via ScummVM?

Hello, he can submit a problem to the staff. That's serious. My guess is that he need to upload one file they seem to be asking every time you report a problem and he can't or didn't see instructions at the bottom.

They do suggest or specify that you use the file located in /support/ to generate a report, which would go a long way to help.

Though my comment was more along the lines of wondering how one could fail to run such a simple looking game.

My experience - I needed to generate a file every time I reported a problem.

The problem of not being able to submit a support request aside, what happens when you try and run the game? Any error messages?

i figured it out...kinda.. It required a file to be attached and so I made a text file stating my OS and attached it. It went through and i have a ticket.
Thanks all.

Better to attach an actual DXdiag report, but I guess that's better than nothing.

Oh yeah, usually when filing a support ticket for something where specs don't matter I just attach a text file that says "N/A".
