I redeemed a code for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Blood and Wine but it isnt downloading. Its in my order history but i cant find it anywhere else. what do i do to download it?

1.) Hover over your account name (a drop down menu appears)
2.) Left-click on "Games" in that drop down menu
3.) Use the search mask to search for "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt"
4.) Left-click on "Download Offline Backup Game Installers"
5.) Left-click on the three parts of the "Blood and Wine" DLC, to download them.

Is it marked as owned in this page?

Since it is an expansion pack, you naturally need to have the base game in GOG. (Not the Game of the Year edition, the expansion pack is integrated to it.)

Also, where did you get the code?
On the website the DLC is filed under Witcher 3, like BreOl72 wrote above.

If you want to install it through Galaxy also select Witcher 3, click the top-right button that looks like some sliders and from there go to Manage Installation -> Configure. Check the checkbox for B&W and it should download and install it into Witcher 3.

You shouldn't be able to redeem a code with DLC for a game you don't own. In theory at least ;-)
