I cannot make a purchase. I fill out my credit card info, try PayPal, or any other method, and the purchase button is grayed out. Does GOG not want my money? Yes, I've tried every browser. (I work in IT; please don't give me answers I've tried already.)

Is the purchase "marked as a gift"? If so, and no e-mail address has been provided, then that could be one explanation as to why it is grayed out.
