Every time I try to purchase Empires: Dawn Of The Modern World, it either gives me an error saying it cannot go through, says "404: oh noes, theres nothing here" or it shows a picture of the world being held up by some character.

I checked my bank and paypal and everything is fine on my end, I even was able to purchase something from a different site and there was no problem. Can anyone help me?
