Hi all,

I have an HP laptop and after updating to windows 11 and doing some other recommended updates, I can't install any of my owned games that I played previously - Heroes of MOM 2/3, Knights and Merchants, Theme Hospital.

It just says Installation failed (e7) - can anyone help please?

Offline installers or galaxy? If galaxy use offline installers with galaxy shut down. If offline installers, you may have an issue as win 11 is quite new. I haven’t upgraded, and don’t plan on it anytime soon. Also, make sure you install outside windows folders, e,g c:/mygames.
