icewind dale enhanced edition is mostly black screen, hve uninstalled programme, then einstalled, still mostly black screen, ver y support, cannot get help

Gonna need more information: what OS are you using? What do you mean by 'mostly black screen'? Is it black borders around the sides or top and bottom? Is it black all around with the game as a small box in the middle of the screen? Are your graphic card drivers up to date? Where did you install the game? Did you install as admin? Are you running the game in compatibility mode? What are your computer specs (graphics card model, how much RAM, etc)?
