They can pass along feedback if you ask them to, to a department like business-development. I'm not saying it's a great "100% foolproof to get a game here" idea to do this :p, but it is another way to make your voice heard.

Update concerning Dwarf Fortress - I sent an email to Kitfox Games asking about the possibility of selling DF on GOG.
And here's the reply:

" There aren't any plans for GOG yet - we're focusing on development first, and then we'll explore future store options once we are further along. :) Thanks for the interest though! "

Well... it seems DF will likely only land on steam first. But I suspect that the option of selling on GOG is not ruled out for later.
