I haven't bought the game yet. My full price purchase of the month was Star Renegades, so Control will have to wait for now. However, why wouldn't that suit be included? Was it some sort of DLC?

It was a special pre-order deal only for PS4, I heard that this costume is not included in the Ultimate Edition with *all* DLCs. It's the only costume I want.

I see... if it was a pre-order deal, and more, it was a PS4 pre-order deal, I can understand why they might avoid including it in the complete release. However, since we are on PC, I wouldn't be surprised if there will be a mod to add it to the game.
