I was wondering if It's possible to earn achievements offline without launching the game for GOG Galaxy 2.0 ?

As far as I know that's not possible.

I don't think so. (for achievements that aren't built-in in the game itself) I'm pretty sure that's possible.

Likely depends on the game. Some have achievement systems hard coded into them (FTL, to name one) and will record any you unlock within the profile data. Others don't necessarily do that and likely will require some connection and interface with the achievement server via Galaxy.

If you want the achievements recorded to your profile on the site, the latter is your only option.

Yep, "some connection and interface with the achievement server via Galaxy" (= the Galaxy API dll), but not necessarily run the game via the Galaxy client itself.

An example being Craft the World, where I've installed it from the offline installer and never played it with Galaxy, yet it shows achievements in Galaxy. (Which I've only used for downloading a couple games like D:OS2, which is too big to feasibly handle via a browser, given my less-than-great internet.)
