I'd like to see all games I ever rated on GOG. Is this possible?
Directly? No. There is no way to do that from gog.com itself but you could google: meelten site:gog.com and see what comes up. Unfortunately, the rating system is difficult to sort in general as of now.
It's a shame that's not possible. I would like to see a voting history similar to the one on Internet Movie Database, where you can sort all your movies by your own rating, and shows an average rating for each different genre or year.

That way I could possibly look up for reviews I wrote while I mean only that "stars" ratings.

May I ask for some clarification? I'm lost on what you are trying to say.

You can give a rating to a game (n out of 5 stars) without writing a review.

You can rate games between 1-5 stars, you don't need to write a review. They wish to see all their rated games, not all their reviewed games. Google is unlikely to catch that.
I get it now. Thank you for the clarification. The closest thing i could come up with is still Google because there seems to be no direct way of doing that. It's a shame, I agree with Caesar on that.

https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Agog.com%2Fgame+meelten&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Doesn't find anything for me either.
There's nothing I can think of off the top of my head, I don't remember seeing anything useful in any of my scripting...

It might be possible to hack something together, but it really depends on where and how Gog stores those ratings...

You have to search for: [username] site:gog.com like the example shows but this shows every entry on the gog.com website and you therefore must sort through and find the games you reviewed.

Flip through a few pages. You're only seeing forum posts in the /forum subdirectory.

Games and Reviews are in the /game subdirectory.

Also order doesn't matter: https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Agog.com+drmike&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

And I haven't yet done any reviews so I'm a bad example to use.

Right on. Using the specific categories: games and forum is a great way to narrow it down. I think that's as close as it's going to get unless on of the community or gog developers can come up with something else.
You can make a GOGMix with the games you own. The mix will unfortunately be public, but (once you manually add the games), it will display your ratings alongside the games themselves.
