Not too long ago, i posted that in the past, i have lost access to two email addresses of mine. I also had other people use my account addresses, too, in the past, while i had been none the wiser. Which makes me wonder. Lately, i must be loosing mail sent to me, even though i have no proof concerning. Is someone kind enough, to let me know, how to see the history or recover messages, that have been deleted (and i suspect i missed)? On yahoo account?

You don't as far as I can see. If you need to save deleted mail, it's best to go with Gmail. They save your trash.

Thanks. Will try that and see... +1!
A while ago I worked at a computer company, and they taught and explained that removing data from the database was silly since the price of space was so cheap. So instead usually messages and notes and other things are marked 'deleted' but never actually removed, so they are invisible.

This doesn't mean places don't delete entries, but it's far less likely. So I wouldn't be surprised if/when you recover your messages (or someone else's that used your account).
i'd guess that the nsa should have some backups, just ask them :)
