Good luck!
A perfect winter gaming night would be drinking hot chocolate while playing my favorite multiplayer games with my friends.
Chicken soup for the win. Also, when they get a little better, some nice games that can be played just with the mouse and a mug. Thinking of The Last Express, to name one.

Good friends, good food, multiplayer games, hot drinks, and snow falling right outside the window.

Sorry, that was just a bit distracting, had to get it out of my system.
Teapot with just prepared hot tea on my table, honey and lemon juice near it.
My Motörhead cup in front of me. The howling wind outside is swirling snowflakes while I just turn the heat up a notch, take a sip from my cup and start GOG Galaxy.
I'll scroll through my games and probably would pick something post-apocalyptic that would go with that chilling wind outside.
Snowy night, Hot chocolate, a big comfy sweater and blanket and a chill relaxing game.
A perfect winter gaming night is having some snacks, a drink, and my significant other as gaming partner. Having fun, till we fall asleep on keyboard
A perfect winter gaming night would be to have a snow storm blow in so we are stuck at home. We then enjoy having a fire in the fireplace, great video game music playlist on in the background while taking turns choosing playing our favorite video games! While we aren't playing there is loads of treats such as fudge, carmel popcorn, cookies of all varieties, and delicious warm beverages such as hot chocolate or apple cider.
I'm going to get a little nostalgic so forgive me....

I was 12 when my parents bought me my first computer. (Was it THAT long ago?!) Anyway, it was one of those mail-order PCs that came with a bevy of software: Encarta, MS Plus, Magic School Bus, Monster Truck Madness...and Links '97. My mother and I would play games of golf at night while Dad was off to work. We had to figure out how to work the contraption (who knew that you couldn't just unplug the thing when you were done?) and then, how to figure out the various clubs, swing strengths and wind directions.

That, to me, is the ideal winter gaming; you and a loved one, figuring out how the thing works, together.
LAN with the kids because there's no work in the morning. :)
My perfect winter gaming night would probably involve some hot chai or other tea, a dull heat radiating from the tiled stove and friends or family gathered around a table to play card or board games.
For me, a perfect winter gaming night is a silent night, where not even the peep of a mouse is there to distract me from the serenity of falling snow and its light tapping on my window sill, the cool chill of the night air, a warm cup of chocolate milk with marshmallows, and, of course, the gaming itself. On such a night, I'd be in my room, laying comfortably in bed with my laptop in my lap and dressed in my beloved Rudolph onesies, truly prepared for the holiday season. On such a night, I'd play either a holiday-themed game, one that makes me feel comfy and cozy, or one that has coldness or warmth as a motif, such as the Frostpunk game featured in this contest.
A gigantic mug of tea (strong, tiny dash of milk, no sugar) and a point and click adventure.
Nice and simple: Evening, no work on the agenda for the following day, and a group of friends on Discord playing something together. Maybe Terraria, maybe an online version of a party game, or maybe Tabletop Simulator and a board game. Doesn't matter. The important thing is having good company.

A perfect winter night would have me in a nice warm and comfy sweater with a blanket wrapped around me with some cookies and milk sitting at my side. I would be in my nice chair sitting with my headphones in and listening to the inane chatter of my friends over discord as we played any sort of fun multiplayer game together. Just to be able to sit there comfortably, and soak in a moment with my friends means the world to me.
