moonshineshadow: You can't have multiple copies in your library. If you try to buy a game you already have, you are informed at checkout, that you need to buy it as gift.
And you can't redeem gifts of games you already own ;-)

You would need to create 8 gog accounts to redeem these codes on. Because you can buy several giftcodes of the same game (but as seperate transaction for each copy). But these need to be redeemed on different accounts. Yep, it is a bit complicated ;-)
