But the promo page has gone, and "ON SALE" tab no longer showed ubisoft games with discount.

It is not the first time that GOG showed different clock in hompage and promo page.

I see the issue too. The promo time is still remind 2 hours.
I want to buy one of Anno series, but the price returned to usual. :(

According to announcement page " The promo will last until September 13, 7:59 AM UTC. "
Current UTC time is "4:55:36 AM Tuesday, September 13, 2016"
So promo out to still work for 3 hours... :(

IN the Moment the forum clock is telling me that keeper200 has posted his message 1 hour before you two even posted.....

I hate to break it to you, but "2 hours ago" is actually one hour after "3 hours ago", not before.
