One suggestion I have to augment GOG's sales is to bring games that are unavailable to users via other means(e.g. steam). This way, more players and sales will come to GOG as this will be the platform that offers games unavailable to the players from other means.
Good link pertaining to the discussion on bringing region locked games to GOG on reddit /r/gog/comments/3zxnm1/question_are_gog_keys_region_locked/
For example, I really wish to play Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy Of the Duelist, but this game is locked in Asia.
I understand the concept of locking certain video games to certain regions, are due to reasons such as grey market trading(price differences) and censorship laws.
I understand some products are tied down to certain regions, e.g. a Left 4 Dead Europe version, and a Left 4 Dead Asia version. And some games are global keys that can be traded worldwide, some can only be traded regionally.
But why are some games not offered to some regions at all? for example Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy Of the Duelist
