You should contact Support . Though even Redemption isn't a that bad game.

Don't attempt to download anything from the game. Support should give you a refund without issue. Just be aware that they're in Poland, and don't work 24/7. :)

Ah, if you've already installed the game, then you're probably stuck with it.

Since you already downloaded it so it won't get refunded.
You may try though.
They can refund downloaded games into wallet funds.

You may try though.
If he has glitches on his system that make it unplayable and GOG support can't help him, then they'll credit his wallet. So, support is still the best bet.
