I bought a game Peak on steam, in my family sharing library i already had this game and now gog galaxy show only shared version and not my which I bought.

Frankly, this doesn't really seem like a problem, but you could try asking in the Galaxy forum.

It's a problem because you can lanuch a game from gog galaxy if it's from family sharing.
