As title states after sorting my PC out with a reinstall from a month old backup i have found the 2 MGS games i purchased have gone from my owned games, No order showing for them..

I still have them installed on my D drive but cant add to GOG Galaxy as it says i dont own them..So cannot use my Cloud saves either. Even though i have put in nearly 20 hours on my account feed between them...

How is this even possible that a company can just remove history of my orders and take purchased games completely from my account ?

Tried going to the refresh page which does nothing whatsoever.

Did you buy them from the GOG store or somewhere else?
Purchased them from Gog website, paid with Paypal...

Were working fine for 9 months now gone..

Just found my order receipt on Paypal even though GOG have even removed the purchase from my GOG account history

Purchased end of October for £11.58 for the 2 games,

Also have a thread i created when first playing them on the MGS Board..

And nearly 20 Hours in my GOG Activity feed.
Are you sure this is your only account?
Yes it is mate, In my GOG account with over 50 games and my Activity showing my time played.

Just that these 2 games are gone..

Idk. normally these problems are caused by stolen keys from resellers or alt accounts.

Are the games showing up in your Game's Library on the main site?

EDIT:
Apparently there's a chance that MGS2 will return to the stores soon. It could be that GOG may be applying changes to the installers and thus the issues with Galaxy. But this is just speculation from me.

I purchased the games from GOG themselves, So it is clear that cannot be the issue,

And from what i can see this happens far too often, there is even a Refresh page to try and get purchased games back,

Its just crazy how 2 games legally purchased and paid for can be stolen back from you by the seller..

I hope GOG are going to sort this out quickly.

Since you have proof of purchase you can file a support ticket (which can take some time and you'll have to deal with the Bot first) or either wait until Monday and directly contact one of the "Blues" responsible for the Community management. One of the new guys seems like a very decent fellow and he'll probably be a good help.
Well i used the Bot before starting this Thread,

Apparently the email reply said up to 3 weeks...lol...Seriously??

Maybe i will have some luck and someone can help me out on here as you have said.

Its just really annoying how these things can even happen...
All i can do to help you is tell you the games are very much on my own account (though it appears quite a few others im not sure of yet are missing by my count).

Just checking in to state that my Metal Gear games are listed in my account as well.

Have you tried refreshing your account?

Also try clearing your cache to be safe.

Only other thing I would suggest is contacting a blue on Monday to see if they can expedite your ticket.
You could try and send a message to a mod and have a look at it.

Also tomorrow it is Sunday and I think they don't work so probably they will have a look on Monday...As long as you have the receipt you should be fine.
