pds41: It depends if by "convert" you mean "stretch the assets and destroy the aspect ratio". If that's what you mean, then yes.

There's no magic bullet to get a 4:3 game running in 16:9 and not stretching. Black bars are the lesser of two evils.

I haven't used it myself, but you want to go to:

https://github.com/Codeusa/Borderless-Gaming/releases

and then download the installer. It may need elevated/admin rights to install.

I believe that there will be documentation with it.

APU79: Will this solution work for me as well kind buddy? I'm currently playing Baldr Sky and Metal slug games on an Asus laptop and honestly the left and right unused black screen doesn't bother me that much but I would like to try the stretched screen mode once and see if I like it or not.
Well the problem I was explaining there was about black bars at the top and bottom, but it looks like pds41 has already helped you out.

Sadly I wasn't able to use the software from GitHub. I went to "go to files" and downloaded the files. But I was not able to go any further. I did find the software on steam but sadly it's paid and I don't have the money. Can you please help me use the software from GitHub? The help would be super appreciate since I'm super dumb at using GitHub.

A small update, I was able to play baldr sky at full-screen successfully and oh boy it surely looks amazing in it. But I can't find a way to play bleeding Moons full-screen. It contains black border from all sides, I have even tried alt + enter but doesn't help.
