Please help me!!!

A few years ago (5 or 6) I had bought several GOG games, Assassins creed, all hitman saga, dead space, alan wake, so:

until they took out the GOG Galaxy, I can not link my old games with the gog galaxy, I do not know why, I asked gog for help and they tell me that there is no problem, that I use some library options to link them with the offline installer etc etc

This is a very big problem for me, now several of the games I had bought are somewhat expensive, they are no longer in discount.

I do not know if you have a solution for this, I would really appreciate a lot!

PS:gog also told me that I could download an outdated version of gog galaxy, but obviously it's not the idea :(

I also tried to create another account, to see if this could be fixed, I do not know, I thought mine was out of date or something like that, it also did not work

Also try to take advantage of a free game for gog galaxy, according to the "experts" of gog that would update my profile to something more recent, I really doubt a lot with these people!

If you want additional information, tests or something else, tell me, I really want this to work, if it does not work I'll be a little sad, I hope you understand

uh, what? If you bought games on gog, they're in your library.

Well, if you have an older account, then it should be no problem to download and install games via Galaxy with it.

If you login with the account you created 5, 6 years ago, you should find your games in the library.

You are currently using an account created in 2019.

Also, Dead Space was only released on GOG in 2016. 5 or 6 years ago you wouldn't have been able to buy it here.
My recommendation is to find which email address you used when you got those games. That email address will have receipts for the games.

Log out of TheStrongViking account and log in with your old account. If you don't remember your old account information, you need to contact GOG so they can help you find/ retrieve/ access that old account. All the games you own are attached to your old account... you cannot access them with a new account.

Gog Galaxy only accesses games from the account you are currently logged in as, so you MUST log out of TheStrongViking and login as your old account.

Basically the same I said, but only with more words! :-)
