I'm sorry, I... why? Why is this happening? What am I doing wrong? I've done all you asked, and just a week ago I got help to get my account back, but... Now this again? It's not even working on your own platform? Again I am unable to access the store or my library. What did I do??

It looks like a basic loading issue.

Which means probably an issue on your end of the connection, ranging from your router, your modem, your ISP, the data lines leading up to there, or just Sweden itself.

Unfortunately, while I may have low level technological empathy, it doesn't reach over 6k km. Check the blinkenlights on your devices.
