I'm a bit surprised a topic like this doesn't already exist on the forum so here it is. Share your favorite buy to own games that forgo the obnoxious micro-transaction business model.
Here are a couple of obvious choices:
Monument Valley 1&2
Kami (I'm breaking my rule here slightly. It does have micro-transactions for hints but is not at all relevant to actual gameplay.)
Blek
Prune
Others I own but never play because the time commitment involved isn't broken down into digestible chunks when on the go:
GuardianSaga
Final Fantasy
Superbrothers: Sword & Sorcery
So what else is out there, that hasn't been heard about or maybe has but is amazing?
