I'm writing this as I can't message zeogold due to privacy settings. I want him to reach me. I made an statement about delegating and stated clearly it was an opinion and was in no way hostile. Yet the "admin" team to which he belongs felt that was reason enough to "ban" me from the forum post and want to resolve this with him hoping this was an accident and not an act of vengeance for a simple opinion. Please let me know

So thats why when you got kicked out of the other magog forum, you went around gog forums talking crap about zeogold and other people on magog forums by privately messaging us all.

I've spoken to a lot of the folks I hurt with that incident and several of them have forgiven me for it, though I can't imagine why, it was arguably unforgivable.

All I can really do is continue to try to make amends to the people I fucked over and try to be a better person than I was.

You need to go to privacy settings and allow conversations with anyone.

He's the admin of that thread and I was somehow banned from it and trying to reach him to find out why. I was nowhere hostile or rude when I posted my opinion yet somehow I guess that warranted a ban. I have nothing against zeogold and just hope he can explain the ban

Upon further investigation I am in fact banned. The thread shows up when I log out of my account and disappears when I log back in. I can see it on the forums when not on my account but not when I'm on my account. Many would call that banned. So yeah I'm a bit irritated I got banned for expressing an opinion. Worst part was I wasn't even rude about it. Guess next time though I should be a royal arse if that's all it takes

As other said by others, you describe whats not possible. Multiple users for example could click the little minus on each posts rating; if enough ppl do that and report is a spam on top the system will delete the post automatically. I do not know how many are required to do that but I assume a lot; definitely not a single user unless hes an gog admin (which Zeo is not).

The OP could ask for the whole thread to be deleted or moved AFAIK so thats why you might not see it anymore.

If you're talking about this forum, then no, zeogold is not an admin or mod or anything. What's more, neither he nor anyone else (including actual GOG staff) can ban users from specific threads only. If the account from which you're posting had been banned (which zeo couldn't do), you wouldn't have been able to create this thread, or post in any others. Something else is at play here.

Is the thread isn't set as one of your "favourites"?
