I have a receipt. I bought it. I even played it for a bunch of hours.

But Even on the web, Baldur's Gate III is no longer in my acccount. Link says "Buy" instead of Play or Owned.

I've created a ticket --- but the ticket autognerated mail says expect 2 to 3 weeks. After spending $70 Canadian, I feel quite slighted that I must wait 2 to 3 weeks.

They have to support people buying from Epic first :P
Can the exe still launch the unfinished game?
Maybe refreshing your account might help...here's a link.
A staff member recently stated that their support is overwhelmed at the moment,I think you'll have to wait it out if the refresh does nothing.

Yeah... but I don't, obviously, get updates. I suppose I could torrent the "hacked" updates --- I have some right to them. Sigh.

No... that only works if the client is fubar. In this case both the client and the website agree that I don't have the game.

They made a change to the site a few years ago that made some owned games disappear as well, I think it took a few days to get back to normal.

Or maybe your purchase was transferred to the Epic Game Store version, tee hee.
It seems like you have done almost everything you can do. The only other thing I can think of is logging out of everything, restarting your computer, and logging back in. Good luck.

thats not actually true at all. its been a thing since prior to galaxy.

interestingly, BGIII shows on your profile, but not in your recently played games.

have to ask - did you buy it from gog directly?

How long has this been going on?

Maybe wait like 2 days the problem could resolve itself by then

No. Probably some staff have taken vacation to be mentally prepared and rested before November the 19th.

Yeah. I'm not an idiot. Had actually rebooted my workstation into FreeBSD for awhile ... then back to windows... so yeah.

But even so... the state of my workstation should ever affect the web site...

Yeah I did. And I have a GOG email receipt with a GOG order number (in hex).

zBeeble:
2 or 3 weeks seems way too long to wait, however something tells (owned and fully paid product is not operational) me that your issue is crucial and SHOULD be investigated with highest priority.
What I suggest you to do:

1. Open your ticket and write anything to update to bump it (in case there is no indication of order ID put it there immediately)

2. Write to any GOG blue team you know in private and ask for assistance with your ticket. And if you don't know anyone then contact any blue you saw last time active here.

3. Take it easy, sh!t happens, let's hope it would be your worst problem...

As for the torrent download you might have some "moral" rights to download the game illegally, but not legal rights. Discussing the benefit of torrent downloads might get you in trouble (check the Terms of Agreement).

If you really want to play the game right now I would suggest you to "borrow" a game from a friend... wink-wink ;)
