According to mobygames.com 4, 5 and 6 never have been remade, just re-released as part of a Avernum bundle called "Avernum: The Great Trials Trilogy" in 2012?

What CMiq said. Avernum 4-6 didn't get remakes because they were more modern already. On Steam 4-6 can be bought separately, but on GOG they're only sold in the Avernum: The Complete Saga bundle.
Yeah, they're part of the original six. Buy them and get six, count em, 7 games!

(Of which I think 3 are completely mediocre.)
Let's not forget, Spiderweb is a one-man show. So any remakes he does and work he does has a huge time investment likely of years.

Glancing at the 'remakes' of newer versions of Geneforge vs the old, has the same text files which are part of his engine, so i'm guessing he mostly updates the engine to make it compatible, and MAY include some graphical updates as some of them look like he drew them out on MS-PAINT on Windows 95.

Regardless, the ones i played are good games, text heavy, but take a lot of time for as little CPU cycles it requires to run.

Well, aside from all the people he contracts to do things.
