I was wondering what the average wait time for a support reply was. I requested a refund a week ago. I received the auto response message email 12 hours after I put my ticket in. Since then nothing. It was user error 100%. I meant to put Shadowrun 2 and Shadowrun 3 in my cart. Instead I put 2 versions of Shadowrun 3 in my cart and hit buy. I have not looked at either of the game codes nor downloaded anything to try to keep things simple. I wouldn't even be that mad if they refused to give me a refund. It was, after all, my fault not theirs. Though the complete lack of response is quite irritating. So I ask, how long should I expect to wait.
It will vary due to current world conditions (and the backlog of support requests they're dealing with in general). Just remember to respond to the emails the system sends in order to keep the ticket active.

If the wait stretches on too long, then you can try contacting staff through the forum and asking them if they'd be kind enough to check on the status of your ticket.

Otherwise, just try to remain patient.

I was there myself not that long ago. Opened a ticket in April and it took roughly a month before someone got to it.
Im a laterally still waiting on tickets from prlblems from me fisrt purchases back in '15.
