Ok, I have been trying for over 2 months now to get this authentication key on my actual account. I've tried contacting GoG customer support repeatedly and through different emails and have never once got a reply (not even an automated confirmation email regarding my ticket being received). Which is frankly, bullshit. I've even tried directly contacting their employee's through other sites. Sites where I've pm'd them and know that they're active (posting history) but am still ignored.

All I want now is to get my issue noticed and a refund for the game I bought. I don't want to be the person that disputes a payment with my bank regarding this, but honestly it looks like I'm gonna have to.

Someone tell me their customer support exists at least.

edit: just wanted to add that there's no problem with receiving emails from GoG as I got an email confirmation upon creating this account. I've also used this email previously to try and contact their support

Their customer support exists and for me it was always very helpful and normally my issues were solved within a week (often much faster).

Which email did you use to reach them? Because normally you contact support via this site: https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us

That's the page I used. I used the email associated with my actual account along with the one currently tied to this account.

Did you get an auto responder email back? if so, you may want to post the ticket number. It's usually a good idea so in case a staff member comes across this thread.

Did not get any email confirming my ticket. I originally thought that perhaps there was a problem with my email somehow blocking out GoG (yes I checked spam, no there were no emails there). However I received an account confirmation email when I made this account. The email I'm using for this account is the same that I've used previously to try and contact customer support.

Sounds odd, you didn't block them after recieving the account creation email did you? You should be able to check your blocked lists in you email provider, hotmail I know has an option for it.

Nope, I would've had to block them on multiple different emails.

You will have to contact one of the "blues" on here then, elcook, fables, judas etc. I have no other reason why. Is this the account your using now, i.e. the one you don't get emails from? Its something very specific you as I get loads of mails from them, and other are complaining they get too many.
Sorry for asking but has your nickname a special meaning? I stumbled over the "Temp" part of it and was wondering.

I believe this is a different account than his main, which he's using because the main one isn't getting replies/emails from GOG.

If this is the case I wonder if he already tried to use this account to contact them. In addition I also wonder if he could access his support request in activities in the support section to see if his rerquests are still listed there since he said he never got any confirmation.

As GR00T said, this is just a temp account since I can't login with my normal
