Hello. I am using Ubuntu 22.04. I wanted to play Atlantis 3: The new world (i started playing it before on windows but i switched) through Wine . But it can't run the game! all i get is a white screen (when i launch gog through wine or try to launch the atlantis 3 file) and 'the application is not responding'. when i forcefully close it, my entire screen resolution screws up and i get to see only a small view of my desktop and hte icons are weirdly enlarged!
please help me OR at least give linux support!!!

All you will get here or there are user responses (unless rather lucky). But your problem might be already on the subforum.

As to running it under linux, could it be that under windows you had to run it as a DEP exception and wine / linux arent doing the same / capable of it?! (stabbing in the dark here).

YES ATLANTIS 3 DOES WORK. Did you run the dxcfg program in the game folder? Because the game only supports a few resolutions like 800x600 or 1024x768.

Oh, here's a stab in the dark: You could use a GameScope window to attempt to see if that works better.

I mean...

./play.it can be used to install the first Atlantis game on Ubuntu. If this one works for you, I could expand the support to include Atlantis 2 and 3 too.
