Army Men 2 is published (well, owned) by 2K Games; like the rest of the franchise.

Is there a reason why it's missing from the sale? Can we expect it to be added?

It's now showing for me. I've checked the individual game page as well and it's full price.

The OP is right. It's the only Army Men game not in the sale. Odd.
