I don't have a problem with these forum games. However, lots of the forum game threads are part of a problem which I mentioned in other threads as well. The main problem of the general forum is the amount of huge threads with 10.000+ posts. All of them are problematic. During phases of high internet traffic in Europe (after work, weekend) you will notice a slowdown of the entire GOG website. Loading one of these huge threads is problematic then and you'll see probably the GOG bear. The general forum has also hiccups when several of these threads are bumped in a short time. The absolute worst case is this thread https://www.gog.com/forum/general/word_association_game with 110.000+ replies. Other subforums don't have these problems to that extent because there aren't these huge threads. That's why I think every huge thread (including the non forum games) needs to be closed and replaced with a fresh new one.

Btw, you can use uBlock Origin to filter tagged forum games in the thread list with the following rule:

www.gog.com##div.list_row_odd:if(.topic_s_a:has-text(/(Forum game)/i))

(This rule filters also this thread)
