Whenever someone made a new topic and so on it should go up onto the activity feed on their profile page.
This doesn't seem to have been working for a while.
Does anyone else have the same problem?

Yes, it's been reported before, e.g.
Hey Blues, why won't our "thoughts" show up in our friends Activity Feed?

• new threads don't show up in activity feed
• new reviews don't show up in activity feed
• sharing a thought doesn't get displayed to friends
