I kinda wish Dying Light's discount had been $5 less. Granted, it's a solid game that Techland kept providing updates to (even if it was DLC most of the time) but it's also 5-6 years old at this point and its sequel is sitting in the pipeline. Oh well, I'm just taking the bow to the cheap man's teeny tiny violin.

Also, for the price it's at with the discount code, Hitman: Absution is worth it. It isn't the best Hitman game, but for $5 it's an okay modern Hitman experience to have if you don't want to head to Steam for 2016 or 2016 2. A shame that IOI ripped out the online contracts mode and just gave up on replacing it, but such is the way of things I guess.

I'll take this if you still have it - I keep (barely!) passing at $5 but that extra 5% seems to be making all the difference LOL. The game is absolutely awesome and just flat out fun. Also it feels like it could have been released last week, not 5 years ago. It's gorgeous, runs buttery smooth and the gameplay is just fantastic. The NAIL the first person parkour - it's second nature to do whatever you want to do.

Nothing beats keeping your trusty tricked out "special friend" upgraded wrench in your back pocket just "in case shit" ;)

Heh - I guess technically it's in your backpack. Also "in your back pocket" is sort of an expression almost like having "an ace up your sleave" Ah gotcha - see I always thought of Dying Light as like a "big" game whereas Red Faction is sort of almost a "throwaway" but in reality that was a pretty huge series (I don't know why I don't give it as much credit and look at it more like a "small" game when really it IS a full featured AAA sandbox).

Unfortunately that's one code I already used. It's a gift code right now that I gifted to myself so if I change my mind for some reason I'll let you know.

I tend to lock in a sale price so I have time to do some research before I commit to adding it to my game library. I'm just cautious that way lol.

And I totally understand, it's always that extra 5% or so discount that always pushes me passed the finish line.

I actually forgot about seeing this in the other thread entirely, but check this post out. Granted, it was working at the time I wrote this reply, but between now and when you see the notice for it that could change. Hopefully not though.
