As so many others I have a CRT TV, 33 inch monster weighing in around 60kg. It's great for playing PS2 and C64 games on. Tried playing PS2 games on my LCD TV, but CRT TVs have a natural anti-aliasing going for them, and Sony apparently couldn't be arsed to make a TV with better response time than quarter a second. Good enough for XBox games, but older games tend to demand reflexes.

Also got a 19 inch Samtron VGA monitor sitting around in a closet. Max resolution of around 2900x2200 or somewhere around there. And finally my 14" 1084s for my Amiga

While living alone has its perks, I prefer company ;)

grinninglich: I have a 17" Philips CRT sitting beside a 23" Dell IPS LCD. I also have a Sony CRT TV i've recently acquired :)

Zeeaire: Well that's really one nice TV you have there! I wonder how amazing it is to play PSX/PS2 games on that TV...mine is quite smaller.
Yes it is really great. I've searched and found that TV only for that purpose. Plus i have a Wii too :)
I acctualy bought crt samsung syncmaster 957mb a couple of weeks ago for only 10 € its in fantastic condition.tried starcraft and diablo 2 on it and it looks fabolous
I'm pretty sure my father still has at least one in the shed. 1024x768.
My Dad still uses one for his PC, not sure how he manages on a 15 inch and CRT, hurts my eyes whenever I use it. I also still keep a 17 inch semi-broken one at home to hook up with faulty PC's that come in for repairs.
crt are heavy bulky but not that bad.

nowadays screens also have some nasty sideeffects on peoples health... mostly people blame the crt but nowadays screens and those new lamps/lights are even worse.

i have photosensivity but i use crt 17 inch , cause looking at modernscreens is not good for me.
Companies who produce these new screens will always coverup sideeffects, but if you do some googling you might find some interesting things about the modern screens and also these modern lightbulbs.
