The blog has been dead for months, apparently it was supposed to happened after the Turok ports.

Yup the blog is dead, his twitter is dead, his github page is dead. The guy seems to have disappeared. Unless there was an announcement, I would imagine that only Nightdive Studios might know what happened.

That's sad, I loved that game (the DOS version, never played the console one) and was rather looking forward to it.

I think the guys from Nightdive asked him to bring it down because they were negotiating the rights to the game and, later, the negotiations fell through.

If it wasn't Nightdive, then it was the original IP owners.

Anyway, the main problem was that he was distributing the game assets with the port.

But you could ask him about it over twitter, I guess.

This is what I get for never having used twitter, while making assumptions based on logic. Why is it that at the top of the page there is a tweet from 28 Feb? One would expect the newest ones to be at the top.
