Almost a week ago I submitted a refund request on Cyberpunk 2077 and have only received a email that read like it was an automated email saying that there busy and will get to my request eventually. It's been almost a week now and besides that one email I haven't heard anything from gog on it and now I'm worried I've been lost in the shuffle. This other store fronts have always been easy to work with for me so I'm wondering if this is normal for gog? And if not what should I do to get an answer to my request? Any help will be appreciated.

It sucks you are being faced with such an unpleasant situation as a new user.

Yes, it's quite common for them. I am honestly not sure how come they are still having problems with it a year after Cyberpunk's release. Remain patient, they should answer eventually.

Refound are automatics now, you don't have to contact support anymore, just cancel the ticket and here in the web page go to "Orders & Settings" (https://www.gog.com/account/settings/orders) search for your ticket and "ask for a refound", then you only got to choose between a refound in Wallet Credit (fast) or full refound to your bank account or other paying method that could take up to 3 weeks.
Wallet refunds usually happen within a couple hours. Full refunds, as said above. Can take several weeks to process.

Does this mean It'll take up to 30 days for gog to process the refund or 30 days for the money to get back to me? I may have misinterpret that, I just thought that meant it'll take up to 30 days for the funds to get back to me after gog processed the returns.

30 days to the money to get back to you, it's bank thing (the same happen on Steam, takes 15 to 21 days, or like happen in my case I never received the money when I asked for a refound on Steam) and takes time to process, if you ask me I would take the wallet founds, often takes less than an hour to process and you have the money ready to use and never expires.

Ok that's what I thought. By the sound of it I'm just going to have to be patient, but I may do as KetobaK suggests and do the wallet funds. Thanks for the help everyone!
