I made this account a long time ago so I made a new a few months ago to redeem hitman then I remembered this account after a week or two while playing the game so is there anyway to combine those two accounts and have all my games in one pleace?

I think no, maybe if you talk to support and ask ifyou can move your games to the other account and erase this, but there is no way todo it yourself

I've tried looking for a way to contact them, couldn't find anyone who isn't a bot, that's why I asked here, thought one of them would see, do you know an email I can use or something?
You could try with her (https://www.gog.com/u/SmollestLight) but still will take a while to reply. Leave your ticket open answer to the bot and tell you still need help!!!

Unfortunately, we cannot move games between GOG accounts or merge them :(

However, if you use GOG GALAXY, you can access all your games in a convenient way without changing accounts. To do that, simply download and install the game from your second account, log into your main GOG account in GOG GALAXY and click on the settings icon (upper left corner) > Add games & friend > Add game manually. After that, you will be able to launch the game via GOG GALAXY using your main account. Your save files will be stored locally, but the application will count your playtime.

Please also remember that our games are DRM-free and it's not necessary to use GOG GALAXY at all - you can launch every GOG game by using .exe file in game's installation folder.
I couldn't imagine being so disorganised with my gaming accounts.

If you install games directly to the GOG Galaxy games folder (for example using the offline installer), they are also added to Galaxy automatically, at least for me.

That's no doubt because they are recognized as being in your library. Probably won't happen with games listed in a different account library, especially as there is no way to specify a second account in Galaxy settings. So as was said, you can add it as a game from elsewhere (i.e. Steam, Epic, Itch.io, etc or a different GOG account).

Kudos for mentioning this.

You are assuming 100% correct here! I just had this case myself. I did read in another thread from 2018, when adding ofline installer Gog games from another account manually to Gog Galaxy that those are also updated regardless? https://www.gog.com/forum/general/offline_version_of_a_game_updates

Is this still the case? Because in the same thread they write it is "not officially supported anymore".
Hi there! Combining accounts to consolidate your games can definitely save some headaches. Most platforms don’t allow merging accounts due to security and licensing restrictions, but it’s worth reaching out to the support team of the platform you're using. They might have options for transferring licenses or linking accounts, especially if you can verify ownership of both. On a related note, having a safe environment is key, whether it’s gaming or online connections.
