Sinept, I did some research for your area zip code, seems there are several providers all of whom offer High speed at minimum 10mbps, if your recieving that poor of quality you might want to look into a service technician looking at your internal wiring or filter

XCOM2 "War of the Chosen" 30GB DLC and its 7.7GB patch would want a word with you. Let's say my brother, who is a fan of the game and has a slow connection, was pretty vocal about it ^^

Generally. Not always.
Agreed, "Chosen" is a big expansion to a big game. But I'm just saying that a few years ago, new AAA games were not 60GB behemoth either. Patch and DLC are quietly creeping into the "huge montruosity" size class too.
