Just purchased my first Digital Storm PC and after a first day defect (warded against by 8 business days of "tests" that they ran before shipping) and a very dirty, sloppy looking PC, I'm trying to decide if I want to repair or just return the PC while waiting for the RMA. I guess that would be the third issue... it takes a member of management to approve an RMA which I'm taking as a bad sign. The techs are the ones who identify issues, but it requires a business decision to approve.

Anyway, if anyone loves or has problems with their DS, I'd love to hear about it. Might help me make up my mind. I'm currently in the only criteria for returns (original 30 days, and have a hardware defect).
Didnt you look up reviews of these guys? I have never heard of them before.

Yup, great reviews and endorsed by very reputable sites... but that doesn't mean they will be that way forever.

What year was the last positive review? if there is a long period between positive reviews then there might be problems, also read a mix of professional and user reviews if you notice a trend then there might be something up, companies tend to put on the ritz for professional reviewers I find.
